<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an efficient and reliable compliance management. <P>SOLUTION: A requester terminal 10a accepts input of an examination object component that is an examination object of applicable law, and transmits it to a management server 20. The management server 20 collates the received examination object component with applicable law examined components stored in an applicable law database of the management server 20, classifies the examination object components to an examined component which is matched to any one of the applicable law examined components or to an unexamined component which is not matched to any one, and transmits the classified unexamined component to an information providing terminal 30a or the like.
