<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee beverage making apparatus for providing coffee by a hot water spraying type and a pressurizing and brewing type with a single apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The coffee beverage making apparatus 1, which is for brewing a coffee liquid from the raw material powder of coffee, is provided with: a drip coffee brewing part 1A for brewing the coffee liquid by spraying hot water from a water spraying sprayer 41 to the raw material powder of the coffee; and an espresso coffee brewing part 1B for brewing the coffee liquid by pressurizing and supplying hot water to the raw material powder of the coffee. The drip coffee brewing part 1A is provided with a hot water tank for dripping in which the hot water at a prescribed temperature to be sprayed to the raw material powder of the coffee is accumulated, and the espresso coffee brewing part 1B is provided with a hot water tank for espresso in which the hot water at a prescribed temperature to be pressurized and supplied to the raw material powder of the coffee is accumulated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
