<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical fermentation treatment device capable of performing decomposition, and weight and volume reduction with high efficiency without emitting offensive odor and using indirect materials (for example, wooden chips, chaff or the like) with regard to organic waste (for example, bean curd refuse, organic sludge or the like) which has high nitrogen content and high water content. <P>SOLUTION: A treatment system dispensing with indirect materials such as wooden chips and chaff is formed by utilizing a low-water content fermented product generated after the organic waste (for example, bean curd refuse, organic sludge or the like) of high nitrogen content and high water content is primarily decomposed at a high temperature as a water content adjuster. In addition, the upkeep of a high-temperature fermentation advantageous for decomposition, and the fermentation requirements that never generate the offensive odor such as those of ammonia and mercaptan are set up by adding vegetable oils (for example, that may be waste food oils such as used tempura oils). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
