<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a component (a component having appropriate quality or the like) suitable for a product characteristic of each business office while satisfying a policy (a cooperation degree to one's own company, an environment correspondence degree or the like) as an enterprise. <P>SOLUTION: About each candidate of an adoption component, information about an enterprise recommendation degree and information about an business office recommendation degree are displayed on a CRT 14 of a terminal 11 for a designer. Accordingly, the designer can be made to select the adoption of the component having the large recommendation degrees.
