PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus, a thin-film transistor structure and a flat plate display device equipped with the thin film transistor structure. SOLUTION: In the electronic apparatus including two or more conductive layers which are different and alternate, the thin-film transistor structure has at least any one layer from among the conductive layers is provided with a width varying portion with different widths along the longitudinal direction; and the width variation portion is formed at a non-intersecting portion with an adjacent conductive layer. Furthermore, the flat plate display device comprising: a thin-film transistor layer formed on the whole surface of a substrate; and a pixel layer, provided with one or more pixels electrically contacting with the thin film transistor layer, has the thin-film transistor contains two or more conductive layers which are different and alternate; and at least one layer of the conductive layers is provided with a width variation portion with different widths along a longitudinal direction and the width variation portion is formed at a non-intersecting portion with an adjacent conductive layer.
