<p>The invention discloses a new secreted polypeptide which was initially found downregulated in the Cerebro-Spinal Fluid of Alzheimer's patients and which has therapeutic applications for the treatment of neurological disorders. The invention also provides methods of using compositions including the polypeptides and polynucleotides encoding them for drug development.</p>
