<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning lamp provided with a wind power electric generation device including stable power generation capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A windmill unit 20, a power generation charge unit 30, a microcomputer control unit 40 and a flashing light emission unit 50 are provided in a warning lamp case 10. The warning lamp case 10 has a frame 1021 structure at a windmill unit storage part. The windmill unit 20 receives wind power energy to rotate a windmill main shaft 203 connected to the power generation charge unit 30, generated power is stored in a storage battery 303, and is used as power for the flashing light emission unit 50. The micro computer control unit 40 maintains a rotation state of the windmill by idling without generating power at a fixed rotation speed or less, and makes the windmill generate power at the fixed rotation speed or higher. A windmill main shaft can be kept in a safe maximum rotation speed range by applying brake on the windmill main shaft 203 suppress rotation speed thereof when rotation speed is excess.
