PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily synthesize concerning an existing file and store the resultant when storing image data acquired by scanning. SOLUTION: Acquired image data are recognized and title information is acquired, and whether a file having title information same with the acquired title information is stored in a storage device is determined.
