PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which an abnormality that occurs in the information control device of one vehicle does not affect the entire system for settling a conventional problem that, if one of the vehicle information control devices mounted on vehicles malfunctions in one train comprising a plurality of vehicles, at least the malfunctioned vehicle information control device is disconnected from a network to affect the entire system. SOLUTION: A bypass circuit switching means is provided to make the information control unit of information control device bypass.
