There is provided an access point control device capable of freely defining a plenty of parameter types without re-defining the communication protocol data type again and again, and capable of directly using the SNMP data management and reducing the development cost. The device includes: unique convey area setting means for transmitting a message to access point devices (102, 103) to control the access point devices (102, 103) and setting a unique convey area in the communication protocol data type in the message; and means using the ObjectID (OID) of the MIB (Management Information Base) as a parameter to be inserted into the unique convey area and the Value for the ObjectID of the MIB as the parameter value.
