PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack for reducing unnecessary errors and also simplifying manufacturing processes of a battery. SOLUTION: A cap 2 is used for mechanical and electrical connection between the battery 4 and a mobile electronic equipment. The cap 2 attached to the battery 4 after independently manufacturing thereof includes at least one of contacts 12, 16 to connect the cap 2 detachably to the equipment and a first aligning means 44 engaged with an aligning means of the equipment so as to align the contacts 12, 16 to the corresponding contact of the equipment.
