The device has a control block (5) with outlets connected to inlets of a counting unit and a supply unit (1). The block (5) compares the difference between received signals with block data, and instructs a generator for a series of signals with less intensity, if the difference is less. The block (5) communicates the magnitude of intensity of test signals as actual sensitivity of receiver, if the series is successfully selected.
