<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a seamless image generating no deterioration in image quality of a boundary portion even if a receiver side of a plurality of images obtained by transmitting a divided single image performs image processing. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with: a copy means 11 for copying an edge image of a first divided image adjacent to a blanking period as a first divided image block within a range of image data capacity capable of being written in the blanking period of the first divided image, and for copying an edge image of a second divided image adjacent to the blanking period as a second divided image block adjacently to the first divided image block; a compressing means 18 for compressing the first and second divided images to acquire a compressed and divided image; a transmitting means 12 for transmitting the compressed and divided image; and a replacing means 15 for fetching an image which is not deteriorated of a central portion of each of the first and second divided images copied during the blanking period in projecting the compressed divided image onto a plurality of projection surfaces, and for replacing the deteriorated portions of the first and second divided images by the fetched images. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
