PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body which can be formed with marks having sharpness, without damage to the moving body itself, an image forming apparatus, and a method for forming the marks of the moving body. SOLUTION: The moving body (30) comprises successively constituting a first layer (32), a second layer (33), and a third layer (34) on a movable body substrate (31) in a laminated structure. The first layer (32) shuts off the light of a first wavelength and absorbs or transmits light of a second wavelength different from the first wavelength. Also, the second layer (33) has absorptivity to the light of the first wavelength and reflects the light of the second wavelength.
