IMPROVED HYDRAULIC MEMBRANE VALVE FOR REGULATING FLUID FLOW RATE

The improved hydraulic membrane valve for regulating fluid flow rate comprises a semiconical deflector (2) having an open flat top face (3) with a perimeter in the form of an isosceles triangle and a section equivalent to that of the passage of the valve, the semicone (2) and the triangle (3) being oriented towards the fluid inlet. The membrane (4) is seated on the flat section (3) as a result of the pressure exerted by the fluid contained in the chamber formed by the lid (5) and the membrane (4). When the fluid is drained from the chamber, the inlet pressure lifts the membrane (4) from its seat. Closing or reduction of flow rate occurs in upstream direction and opening or increase of flow rate occurs in downstream direction.
