PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new thermoplastic polymer composition which comprises a polyacetal resin and exhibits excellent impact resistance over a wide temperature range including ordinary temperature and its vicinity. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polymer composition comprises the polyacetal resin (I), and a block copolymer (II) comprising an addition polymer block (1) comprised of an aromatic vinyl compound polymer block (a-1) and a conjugated diene compound polymer block and/or a hydrogenate thereof (b-1) and a polycarbonate polymer block (2), where the ratio of [the weight of (I)]:[the weight of (II)] is 95:5 to 30:70.
