PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply device being silent without vibration and noise, having high supply capability, a wide and stable scope of precision of supplied object, and wide general-purpose property, and saving energy markedly. SOLUTION: This supply device is provided with a cylindrical bowl 3 having such size that is stored in a fixed cylindrical external wall 1 and having a space around it, rotated by a driving shaft 8, and having an alignment track 2 at an upper end, a bowl bottom plate 35 and a bowl bottom plate holding plate 36 inscribed in a bowl peripheral wall 30 through a clearance C, rotated by the driving shaft 8, and having a conical shape, a fixed rising plate 4 which is a vertical plate curved along a curved face of the bowl peripheral wall 30 by holding a fixed interval between the bowl peripheral wall 30 of the cylindrical bowl 3 and it and whose upper end face is smoothly inclined from a position in the vicinity of a bowl bottom face to at least a position reaching the alignment track 2, and a rising plate lower end holding plate 43 fixing even a lower end of the fixed rising plate 4 passing through the clearance C at a position below the bowl bottom face.
