PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the wetting of the surroundings of an installation face, a floor face or the like of a beer server and the waste of an overflowed beer caused by overflowing the beer from a mug by making manual operation of an automatic spouting of a beverage possible even when an operator operates the automatic spouting of the beverage by mistake. SOLUTION: In the beverage dispenser, an operating apparatus in which a driving mechanism is built in a housing arranged movably to a main body is arranged above a spouting cock equipped at the front face of the main body, and the beverage is spouted by operating a lever for operating the spouting cock by the driving mechanism. The driving mechanism is constituted so that it can be positioned to a retreating position separated from an operating lever, to make the operating lever manually operable.
