#CMT# #/CMT# The thermostatic valve for radiators comprises an expansion component (5) upon which is installed a valve spindle (2) acting as a shut-off element. The valve includes a transmitter (9) and at least one piezo element (8) for the conversion of mechanical energy into electrical energy. The piezo element is mechanically coupled to the valve spindle so that the axial movement of the valve spindle resulting from opening of the valve is converted into a deformation of the piezo element which generates an electrical energy which the transmitter converts into a radio signal. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is included for a heating system, and especially an outside temperature controlled central heating system with radiators in separate rooms. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The thermostatic valve is for radiators which are part of an outside temperature controlled central heating system. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The opening state of the valve on the heating system side can be checked at little cost. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows the thermostatic valve in a sectioned presentation. 1 : thermostat head 2 : valve spindle 5 : expansion component 8 : piezo element 9 : transmitter.
|
