Valve for gas container

The valve has a principal valve (10) to open a control stem towards a fixing base by axial displacement. A part of the base remains in an access hole of cylinder when the body is sliced by shearing, where the part includes a normally closed secondary non-return valve (24). The control stem has a stem (30) extending itself via a gas/liquid passage (2) for opening the valve (24) when the valve (10) is opened.
