The four lasers (A-D) pass light through shutters (8) and attenuators (9) to control the intensity and mixture proportions of the various laser colors. The attenuators are connected to coupling devices (10) on the ends of optical fibers (11). Light from the optical fibers is mixed using mirrors (14,15), some of which are semireflecting.
