Electroluminescent panel (A) comprises a body (10) comprising a dielectric (11) and an active layer (12), first electrode (13) and second electrode (14) present on the bottom side, where the panels are linked to a tension generator, the second electrode is present in a transparent material and the dielectric, active layer and first electrode comprises an active substance and dry residue of a cohesion. An independent claim is also included for the preparation of (A).
