METHOD FOR INTRAOPERATIONAL LAVAGE OF INTESTINE IN ACUTE ILEUS WITH AID OF PROBE AND PROBE FOR REALIZATION OF METHOD

The method for the intraoperational lavage of intestine in the acute ileus with the aid of the probe comprises transnasal intubation of intestine down to the obstruction area, the decompression, the evacuation of the intestinal content, and the washing of the intestine. In addition, the lavage of the colon is performed. The long probe is used with this aim. This probe provides for supplying the washing fluid through two thin infusion canals opening at the different levels. The intestinal content is evacuated through common draining canal.
