Elastic fastener is executed in the form of connecting piece and clamp part fastened to it. Connecting piece is executed in the form of the ear with a leg. Leg has wedge-shaped lug executed with possibility of fixation in the element of construction article. The ear of connecting piece has openings, in which the axle is mounted. Clamp part is executed in the form of mobile lath, which together with the torsion spring is set on said axle, with possibility of turning around the latter.
