The invention relates to rubber industry on the basis of carbon-chain rubbers and can be used in making rubber plates for the protection of chemical equipment, gas pipes, building constructions against aggressive media. The task of this invention is an improvement of the rubber mixture composition by such combination of components, which provides sufficient physical and mechanical properties, in particular: tensile strength, percent elongation, a high resistance to organic solvents, acids and alkalis action.
