The proposed liquid flow rate meter with warning about the volume of liquid in the controlled reservoir contains a capacitive level transducer, which is designed as two metal plates, an adjusting capacitor for the level transducer, an oscillator, a pulse former, switches, a frequency divider, a trigger, a high-frequency pulse generator, pulse counters, summing units, a decoder, a digital display, a control console, a setting register, a digital-to-analog converter, an audio alarm unit, a multivibrator, a control unit, a transducer amplifier, a regulator, an actuator, and a rotary damper that is installed in the output pipe junction of the reservoir.
