The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to the technique for the reconstructive surgery of tricuspid and mitral insufficiency. The methodcomprises the implantation of the support ring upon the valve-sparing correction of the defect. The support ring consists of two segments made of the stainless wire folded matching the shape of the anterior cusp of the tricuspid and mitral valve. The ring is wrapped into the autologous pericardium.
