The present invention provides a system and method to empower humans in an addiction cessation quest using simulations, an oral brush, an oral substance, and a calendar. The ora l substance is supplied in the form of cleansing gels, tablets, or pastes, having a cherry taste and smell. The calendar is used to identify the term of the quest and to track hours or days free from an addiction, by highlighting or colouring indicia on portions of the calendar, during successful periods of the term.
