PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sending of sensitive information due to incorrect setting of destinations for improving security. SOLUTION: A user inputs a log-in name and a password from an operating part 13, and sends to an LDAP server 8 via a communication part 152. The communication part 152 receives an authentication pass/fail information 181 from the LDAP server 8 and checks if the authentication has passed or failed with an authentication pass/fail means 111. If the authentication has passed, the communication part 152 receives a user destination information 182 registered in the LDAP server 8 and registers an administration part 18. A destination setting means 111 in a control part 11 sets the destination based on the received destination information, and the control part 11 stops all of the functions with which the user performs a send operation.
