PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration absorbing plate easy to handle, with vibration damping units easy to replace when partially broken or worn. SOLUTION: The vibration absorbing plate 1 comprises the plurality of vibration damping units 5 held on a plate body 3. The vibration damping units 5 each consist of an enlarged head portions 5a, 5b protruded from the upper and lower faces of the plate body 3 and a small-diameter portion 5c connecting both enlarged head portions 5a, 5b together. The plate body 3 has a vibration damping unit holding hole 3a large enough for the small-diameter portion 5c of the vibration damping unit 5 to easily pass through but for each of the enlarged head portions 5a, 5b to less liable to pass through.
