<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain an illumination lamp always in a state capable of instantly lighting, and improve calmness by preventing unnecessary operation of a motor. <P>SOLUTION: A microcomputer 11, receiving a remote-control signal, carries out a switching control of lighting on/off of an HID lamp 2 through a voltage converter 21 by a lamp-lighting signal, start-up of an engine 25 by a cell motor signal or stoppage of the engine 25 by an ignition-cutting signal, a charging control of a battery 3 through a rectifying circuit 27 by a rectifying control signal outputted based on an input signal from a battery-state detection circuit 20, and a control of an alternate-current output through an inverter control circuit 30 among others.
