PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure testing device capable of measuring accurately a specimen in the state where a pressure load state of the specimen is reproduced, and inserting an apparatus for the test or the like into the specimen or applying a fluid pressure onto an optional position of the specimen, freely without changing a pressure testing device body, while applying separately an earth pressure to earth and sand and also a pressure to fluid when the specimen includes the earth and sand and the fluid. SOLUTION: This pressure testing device 1 comprising a pressure chamber 2 and a press P for applying a pressure to the specimen K in the pressure chamber 2 is characterized by being provided with a tool 4 forming an aperture 4a between the specimen K and the press P, and by applying the pressure from the press P to the specimen K through the tool 4.
