The motor has a cover (12) secured on a fixed axle, and a cover (13) connected with the cover (12). A braking mechanism (20) is arranged on a side of a motor and over an electromagnetic coil (21). The mechanism has an anchor plate (22) arranged in the coil and a brake disc (23) arranged between the plate and the cover (13). Brake power acts between the disc and the cover (13) to brake and stop a wheel, on which the motor is fitted.
