<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a sleep chamber of a comfortable air-conditioned state. <P>SOLUTION: An air conditioning means 14 is provided having blowout openings 61 and a suction opening 62 of conditioned air carrying out air conditioning of a foot side of the sleep chamber 11 covered by a covering member. The blowout openings 61 are formed in foot sides of both side edges in a capsule body 20, and the suction opening 62 is formed in a foot side end edge of the capsule body 20. The air conditioning means 14 is composed so as to form an air flow space wherein the conditioned air blown out from the blowout openings 61 flows along side walls of the covering member in an upward direction, and after colliding in a ceiling center part of the covering member, it flows downward and is sucked into the suction opening 62.
