PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle antenna system with excellent assembling performance wherein a coaxial cable for external connection can simply and surely be located at a prescribed position. SOLUTION: Radiation conductors 2 are formed to a glass plate (rear glass) 51. An electronic circuit unit 1 includes: a base plate 4 soldered to the radiation conductors 2 and fixed to the glass plate 51; a frame body 10 for accommodating a circuit board 6 and screw-fastened to the base plate 4; and a cover 11 covered on the frame body 10. The other end of the coaxial cable 8 whose one end is soldered to the circuit board 6 is connected to an external device. An arm part 10f is projected to the sheet-metal made frame body 10, and a notch groove 10g is formed to the arm part 10f. In the case of assembling, a thermal contraction tube 18 outfit to the coaxial cable 8 is press-fit to the notch groove 10g.
