PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a portable terminal device by maintaining the strength of a printed wiring board at a high level while an enclosure is maintained thinly. SOLUTION: A notched section 31 used for avoiding a connector 4 for memory card is formed in the printed wiring board 3 and, at the same time, first and second reinforcing plates 5 and 6 are arranged on both surface sides of the wiring board 3 so that the plates 5 and 6 may face each other with the notched section 31 in between. Then the wiring board 3 is fixed with screws 7 and 8 in a state where the connector 4 for memory card is placed and fixed on the first reinforcing plate 5 through the notched section 31 and the wiring board 3 is put between the first and second reinforcing plates 5 and 6.
