PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral line path and an electric circuit part wherein the short-circuit of the line path is prevented without increasing a footprint. SOLUTION: Line path electrodes 5a, 5c, 5e of a sheet 2a are electrically connected to line path electrodes 5b, 5d, 5f of a sheet 2b, alternately, to form a spiral line path 5 in plan view. The line path electrodes 5a, 5c, 5e are arranged in this order inside from the outer periphery of the sheet 2a. Each length of the line path electrodes 5c, 5e is slightly longer than a portion corresponding to one time of the spiral line path 5, and both ends are adjacent to each other at a small distance. The line path electrodes 5d, 5d, 5f are arranged in this order inside from an outer periphery of the sheet 2b. Each length of the line path electrodes 5b, 5d is slightly longer than a portion corresponding to one time of the spiral line path 5, and both ends are adjacent to each other at a small distance.
