PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taxi allocation system for assisting handicapped persons or aged persons to go out positively. SOLUTION: A user can connect his/her portable terminal or personal computer to a Web server for requesting taxi dispatch, which allows him/her to request taxi dispatch not only from his/her home but also away from home. Since the user, when requesting taxi dispatch, sends to a taxi company a get-on place, a get-off place and a handicapped level, the taxi company can arrange prompt car-allocation and take a suitable action according to the handicapped level.
