PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a thin vegetation block mat excellent in operability without damaging plants and to provide a multifaceted greening body securing many vegetation areas using the vegetation block mat. SOLUTION: This method for producing the regular-sized vegetation block mat 5 comprises using a root barrier sheet and a tray container of a perforated structure. The vegetation block mats 5 are set on a plurality of surfaces of a box body 20 of a perforated structure, and plants 4 are three-dimensionally grown on a plurality of surfaces of the box body 20 through filling an inorganic vegetation base 30 in the inside of the vegetation block mat 5.
