PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents recording apparatus capable of extracting only a desired part of contents by a use and recording the extracted part. SOLUTION: The contents recording apparatus includes: a contents input means 11 for receiving contents; an analysis condition entry means 12 that enters a contents analysis condition for describing a condition of contents which the user desires to browse or store; a contents analysis means 13 that analyzes matters of the contents entered by the contents input means 11 in time series and extracts parts of the contents in matching with the contents analysis condition; and a partial recording medium 14 that records only the part extracted by the contents analysis means 13 among the contents entered by the contents input means 11 to a recording medium 10.
