PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner force sense imparting type input device capable of reducing discomfort by returning rotation of an operation part. SOLUTION: This inner force sense imparting type input device comprises: the operation part 2 rotationally operated by a user; an angle detection means 3 detecting a rotation angle of the operation part 2; a motor 1 imparting required rotation force to the operation part 2; and a control part 5 generating a drive signal b of the motor 1 and an operation signal c of electric equipment according to the rotation angle calculated on the basis of a detection signal a from the angle detection means 3. The control part 5 previously stores the prescribed rotation angle. When the operation part 2 is operated over an operation range of the electric equipment and thereafter when the operation of the operation part 2 to the same direction is stopped, a present angle signal calculated on the basis of the detection signal a from the angle detection means 3 is replaced with the prescribed rotation angle to a point just before the present rotation angle from a limit point of an operation range of the electric equipment to generate the drive signal b of the motor 1.
