PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify output forms of films which are outputted from individual medical image output units in an environment that two or more types of the medical image output units having the different output forms of the films are mixed. SOLUTION: When a control system 20 receives the indication information on a film output of the medical image from a diagnostic reading terminal 30, it reads out the standard form information from a standard form table and reads out from an output form table the output form information of the medical image output unit 50a or 50b which is indicated as the destination of the output. Then the existence or non-existence of the inversion processing to invert the medical image to be the standard form and the output order of the individual medical images are interchanged and set on the basis of the above read-out information, and the set information is transmitted as the output indication information to the medical image output unit 50a or 50b together with the medical image of an object of the output. In the medical image output unit 50a or 50b, an interchanging processing is applied on the medical image and the attached information following the output indication information and the film output of the medical image on which the interchanging processing is applied is executed in the set output order.
