PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressed product capable of keeping the strong force-fitting state of a shaft force-fitted into a boss part, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the pressed product 10, which is press-formed into a shape having the boss part 12 using a rolled steel sheet as a base stock and the part is assembled to the shaft by force-fitting it into the boss part 12, the metallographic structure layer inside the boss part 12 becomes a rolling flow F curved into an S-shape. The manufacturing method of the pressed product 10 comprises: a primary boss forming stage for forming a primary boss having a hole part and a projecting part which is projected on the peripheral edge of the hole in a part equivalent to the boss part in the flat-plate-shaped base stock; and a boss part forming stage for forming the boss part 12 by pressing and deforming the projecting part in the projecting length direction.
