PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drop ejection recording head capable of attaining a stabilized recording image inexpensively by forming a stress relaxation region for solving problems occurring under low or high temperature environment on a partition wall, and to provide a liquid drop ejector comprising it. SOLUTION: The liquid drop ejection recording head having a plurality of nozzle arrays provided with a plurality of liquid drop ejection energy generating bodies and ejecting liquid drops comprises a substrate 1 provided with a liquid drop ejecting part having an opening 5 for ejecting a liquid drop, and an electrothermal conversion element 3 generating thermal energy being utilized for ejecting liquid supplied to the liquid drop ejecting part. A liquid storage chamber 10 and a liquid channel 11 partitioned by a partition wall 4 are provided in correspondence with the electrothermal conversion element 3 in order to arrange a plurality of liquid drop ejecting parts, and the partition wall 4 is formed of two or more kinds of member.
