PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion pad manufacturing method including a process for arranging a back reinforcing sheet so as to insert the same along the inner wall of a lower mold or a core mold, and a mold used therefor and capable of preventing trouble such that the dripping (flotation) of a foamable resin liquid is caused between the reinforcing sheet and the inner wall of the mold at the time of molding and the foamable resin liquid is turned to the back of the reinforcing sheet. SOLUTION: Sheet support pins 17 almost reaching the inner wall of the core mold 12 are provided on the base of the inner wall of the lower mold 11 to be preliminarily arranged in a matrix state. Especially, dripping is prevented by pressing the reinforcing sheet 22 to the inner wall of the core mold 12 at the bent part inside the ridgeline part 18 of the core mold 12. The support pins 17 are arranged in the direction along the revolving direction between the lower mold 11 and the core mold 12 at the time of mold opening to prevent the occurrence of the rupture caused by scratching in a resin foam 21. Further, a punched part 24 for relaxing bending rigidity is provided to the reinforcing sheet 22 at the place coming into contact with the ridgeline part 18 of the core mold 12.
