摘要

The invention disclosed a plasmid vector controlled by the sigma 32 factor of Escherichia coli and its uses thereof. A vector having a target gene used to transform a host cell resulting that the said gene could be expressed quantitatively under heat shock inducing condition. The present invention has the following advantages: the expression level of the target protein is high; the side effects of chemistry inducer could be avoided.
