摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit useful as an evaluation/analysis means of a large-scale system LSI or a transfer speed improvement means to external connection equipment in a normal operation mode.

SOLUTION: This semiconductor integrated circuit has: an occupying time detection device detecting an occupying time of a CPU external bus by a specific device; a communication possibility decision means comparing the occupying time detected by the occupying time detection device and a communication time necessary for a prescribed process performed between internal and external devices, and deciding whether can perform the prescribed process by use of a first external terminal during an occupying period or not; and a terminal controller separating the CPU external bus inside the semiconductor integrated circuit from the first external terminal on the basis of a decision result of the communication possibility decision device, and connecting one device constituting an internal device group and one device constituting an external device group by use of the first external terminal.
