PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly obtain an analysis result of electromagnetic field analysis, thermal distribution analysis or the like in a layout design of wiring board to reflect the evaluation thereof to the layout design or to rapidly provide a verification result of the propriety thereof. SOLUTION: This device comprises a module library storage part preliminarily storing circuit information for circuits of each substrate module, mounting information for part mounting and analysis models used for characteristic analysis; an input part inputting an instruction for connection between modules in order to realize a desired wiring; a module connection part mutually connecting, based on the input instruction, the circuit information and mounting information of modules to be connected to determine a layout of wiring board, and connecting the analysis models of the modules to be connected to generate a connection analysis model; a characteristic analysis part performing the characteristic analysis of the layout based on the generated connection analysis model; and an output part outputting the determined layout and the result of characteristic analysis generated for each layout.
