PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein it generally has been difficult to substantially obtain the same measurement result for the same object of testing, since different test benches are required depending on each sound field where the object of sound insulation is measured. SOLUTION: This test bench includes a sendout chamber 1 equipped with a plurality of sound sending systems 6, and an adjacent receiving chamber 2 separated from the sendout chamber by a separating wall 3 having a test aperture for locating the object of testing 4. The sendout chamber is provided with a sound-sending systems array 6, with these sound-sending systems being located in a plane parallel to the separation wall 3. Since a control means is assigned to the sound-sending systems 6, the sound-sending systems can be controlled so as to substantially produce one-dimensional sound field directed toward the object of testing 4. This control means is configured so that incident angle of the one-dimensional sound field with respect to the analyte 4 can be optionally adjusted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
