PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a gap between an end of a conductive wire inserting guide and an O ring from being generated in the conductive wire inserting guide intervened between a smooth surface of an opening of a vacuum vessel and the O ring. SOLUTION: The conductive wire inserting wire 10 in which a conductive wire 2 is supported in a sandwiched manner between two sheets 1 intervened between the smooth surface of the opening of the vacuum vessel sealed with the O ring and the O ring, is cut crosswise in an opposite direction at both ends in a cross section vertical to the conductive wire 2 of the two sheets 1 with the conductive wire 2 supported by the two sheets 1 in the sandwiched manner.
